🔍 Tracking Your Order
We create your shipping label and tracking number as soon as your order is packed in our fulfilment centre. Until the carrier scans your parcel into their depot, tracking may display placeholder information.
Once collected (typically by 3:00 PM GMT), tracking updates live at each stage of the journey.

14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- An error was made by our dispatch team (such as incorrect item or weight sent).
- The item arrived damaged in transit.
For hygiene and safety compliance regarding consumable botanicals, products must remain completely unopened in their original heat-sealed foil mylar barrier packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or replacement:

- Provide a brief description and photo evidence if damaged in post.
- Our team will issue return authorisation and inspect the returned item promptly upon arrival.
